Caracik

Lucas Caracik is a Brazilian luthier born in the city of São Paulo. He is also an urban architect who trained at the University of São Paulo (USP). Caracik designs and builds his guitars by hand, mostly using hand tools in his small workshop in a historic townhouse in São Paulo. In his own words: "I am a craftsman who makes extended range and multiscale guitars by hand with a post modern / contemporary design." Lucas also teaches luthiery and instrument maintenance courses.
